The San Diego SLAM is a two-day event, highlighted by back-to-back NCAA Men’s Basketball games at Cox Arena on the campus of San Diego State University.
“This year’s matchups will feature teams who have quality players and experienced coaching staffs who plan on making the NCAA tournament. In addition, we are proud to announce that theUniversity of Arizona has already committed to playing in the 2006 Slam,” said Tory Nixon, San Diego SLAM Chairman.
Update: We are proud to announce Ball State and Oklahoma State will join the Arizona and San Diego State for the San Diego Slam. Ball State and Oklahoma State will be featured in the first game starting at 4:00 PM. Second game pits the Arizona vs. San Diego State at 6:30 PM.

Tickets to the event, which are part of the 2006-07 Aztec Men’s basketball season ticket package, are only $45 may be purchased directly at Ticketmaster (619-220-8497) or by visiting Aztec Ticket Office at QUALCOMM Stadium (Window F) starting October 23, 2006.
