After more than 35 years, Triathlon returns home to beautiful San Diego, California with a brand new Olympic Distance Triathlon that will attract top professional and amateur athletes from around the globe. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Southern California, this race course will challenge competitors through the rolling hills and vistas of Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and Clairemont. Long bike climbs will reward cyclists with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean while the run course will treat participants to the white sandy beaches and bright blue waters of Mission Bay. The event weekend will have something for the whole family as we celebrate Triathlon during a two-day health and fitness expo located at the start/finish line on Vacation Isle in the heart of San Diego.
